What services do you offer?

We provide mobile in-home specimen collection. We are not a lab, and we do not conduct any lab testing. We collect the specimens required according to the lab order written by your practitioner (your doctor or other authorized diagnostics prescriber). We help deliver those specimens to the lab.

Who Can use L2DocX services?

Anyone can use L2DocX services.

Do I need insurance?

You do not need insurance to use our service.

Do you take my health insurance?

We do not currently accept insurance.

How much does it cost?

There is a one-time fee on a per draw basis, and the cost is usually no more than $80.

Do you offer services in my area?

We have technicians in all of the major metropolitan cities in the United States. If you are unsure if you live in an area with coverage, please feel free to reach out to our operations support team. We are happy to help.

Can I schedule services for someone else?

YES! If you are a caregiver, family member, or another party responsible for the patient’s care, you can schedule service on behalf of the patient.

What do I need to schedule services?

Create an account, and once you’ve received your test kit, schedule an appointment.

Where is my requisition form?

If you have a requisition form, your physician will have given you a copy, or it came on your testing kit.
